These terms apply to your use of planzevo.com, our waitlists and our vendor registration. The PlanzEvo Biz subscription service is governed by its own service agreement presented at sign-up.
1. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or misleading information.
2. Waitlists
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular price. Launch offers, discounts and founding-member terms shown on the site apply as described at the time we confirm them with you.
3. Vendor registration
Registering as a vendor does not create a partnership, employment or agency relationship. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Vendor listing terms, fees and any commission will be set out in a separate agreement before you are charged anything.
4. Prices and descriptions
Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and may change. Feature descriptions reflect our plans and may differ from what is available at a given time.
5. Intellectual property
The PlanzEvo name, logos, design and website content belong to PlanzEvo or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
8. Governing law
