How much does PlanzEvo Biz cost?
Starter is LKR 3,000 a month (LKR 30,000 a year), Pro is LKR 5,000 (LKR 50,000), and Premium is LKR 7,500 (LKR 75,000). Annual billing charges ten months and gives you twelve. Custom Build is quoted for multi-outlet or high-volume businesses. Paying by card adds PayHere's 3.9% fee to the price; bank transfer costs nothing extra.
What is the difference between Starter, Pro and Premium?
All three include the one module that matches your trade. Starter has 2 staff accounts. Pro has 6, adds online ordering and tracking for your customers, product and service photo galleries, and includes loyalty and SEO. Premium has 12 staff accounts and adds the storefront builder, so you can reorder and extend your public page with your own FAQ, hours, policies and image carousel.
Can I use more than one module?
Each plan includes the one module matched to your business type. A second module is available on request, and Custom Build includes every module with negotiated limits.
Does it work when the internet drops?
The till queues sales offline and syncs when the connection returns. A sale rung up twice still posts once.
Are reminders sent automatically?
Automated Reminders is a separate add-on. Once it is on, a daily sweep queues appointment, fee, job-ready, rental-return and lease-renewal reminders in your Outbox, and you review and send them. Sending uses message credits, which are pay-as-you-go.
Does PlanzEvo take a cut of what my customers pay me?
No. Record a sale as cash, bank transfer, card, LankaQR or credit. PlanzEvo never takes a share of how your customers pay you and never holds that money.
Is the pricing final?
These are our launch prices, and they are confirmed when you sign up. Message rates and any launch offer are shown at signup before you pay.
Which businesses is it built for?
Salons, barbershops and spas; tuition classes and gyms; hardware stores, groceries, pharmacies and boutiques; tailors, garages and repair trades; laundries; equipment rental; guest houses and short stays; and long-term property rental. If your trade is not listed, we map it to the closest module set and build what is missing.
Can my staff have different levels of access?
Yes. Owners invite managers and cashiers from a Staff Accounts screen, and can narrow what each person can open, so a cashier never sees what they do not need.
