Meet the Faces of Planzevo: The Story Behind Our Avatars
Why we designed five mascot characters to represent the future of event planning — and the people behind every unforgettable moment.

When people think about event platforms, they usually think about dashboards, calendars, bookings, and vendors. We thought about something else first: people. Behind every wedding is a couple trying to enjoy one of the biggest moments of their lives. Behind every corporate summit is a manager trying to make hundreds of moving pieces work together. Behind every family celebration is someone carrying emotional responsibility nobody else sees. Behind every sold-out event is an organiser betting their reputation on the experience. And behind every successful event vendor is years of craft that often goes unnoticed. That is why we created the Planzevo Avatars. Not mascots for decoration. Not cartoon characters for marketing. But living representations of the people our platform was built for. Each avatar represents one of the five pillars of the Planzevo ecosystem: Weddings, Corporate Events, Life Occasions, Ticketing, and Vendors. Their personalities, colors, posture, and names were all intentionally designed to reflect the emotions and challenges connected to each product suite. This is the story behind them.
Why We Created Avatars Instead of Generic Illustrations
Most SaaS companies use abstract shapes or generic people illustrations. We wanted something more human, memorable, and emotionally recognizable. Event planning is deeply emotional. Weddings carry love. Corporate events carry pressure. Family occasions carry memory. Ticketing carries excitement. Vendors carry ambition. A dashboard cannot emotionally communicate those things on its own. So we created a mascot system that could. The goal was to design avatars simple enough to feel universal, but expressive enough to feel personal. That is why we chose rounded blob-like forms with minimal facial features. Their emotion comes from posture and context rather than exaggerated expressions. This simplicity was intentional. It makes them: • Instantly recognizable • Easy to animate • Friendly without feeling childish • Flexible across web, mobile, marketing, onboarding, and motion graphics • Timeless instead of trend-based The avatars are also deeply integrated into our brand system. Every character uses Planzevo’s signature indigo and gold palette in different emotional interpretations depending on the product they represent.
The Design Thinking Behind the Avatar System
The Planzevo avatar system was designed around one core principle: emotional clarity through minimalism. Every shape was simplified to remove unnecessary complexity. Rounded silhouettes create warmth and trust. Tiny eyes and subtle mouths allow users to project emotion naturally onto the characters. Soft gradients create premium depth without realism. Each avatar was also designed with animation in mind from the beginning. Simple limbs. No overlapping complexity. Clear silhouettes. Strong posing. This means the characters can eventually evolve beyond static website assets into: • Animated onboarding guides • Interactive product walkthroughs • Social media storytelling • Explainer videos • AI assistants within the platform • Loading states and microinteractions • Event celebration animations In many ways, these avatars are not just illustrations. They are future digital personalities for the Planzevo ecosystem.
Meet Amara & Rivan — Weddings Suite
Amara and Rivan represent the Weddings Suite. Amara means eternal, while Rivan represents joy and celebration. Together they symbolize eternal joy — the emotional foundation of a wedding. Unlike the other avatars, they are the only paired characters in the system. This was intentional. Weddings are not about individual planning. They are about partnership. Their posture leans gently toward one another to communicate emotional connection. The rose mauve gradients reflect warmth, intimacy, romance, and softness. Gold accents represent promises, rings, and meaningful milestones. Their story reflects the reality of modern weddings. Too many couples spend their engagement buried under vendor chats, spreadsheets, budget confusion, family coordination, and scheduling chaos. Planzevo Weddings was designed to give couples one place for everything — planning, vendors, budgets, timelines, and communication — so they can spend less time managing stress and more time becoming partners. Amara and Rivan exist to remind people that weddings should feel like love, not logistics.
Meet Dilan — Corporate Suite
Dilan represents the Corporate Events Suite. His name reflects flow, coordination, and structure — the invisible systems behind successful professional events. Dilan’s design is intentionally calm and controlled. Deep indigo tones represent confidence, trust, and precision. His upright posture and raised arm suggest direction and leadership. The tablet he carries symbolizes planning, analytics, schedules, and operational clarity. Corporate event organisers often operate under enormous pressure. Budgets. Deadlines. Approvals. Vendors. Attendees. Technical logistics. Multiple departments. And usually, all at once. Planzevo Corporate was built to centralize the chaos into one connected workflow. Dilan represents the moment event planning becomes structured instead of stressful. He is not loud. He does not panic. He already knows where everything is.
Meet Sena — Life Occasions Suite
Sena represents the Life Occasions Suite.
She embodies birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, graduations, reunions, baby showers, and all the moments that define a lifetime.
Her name symbolizes quiet strength and emotional support.
Sena’s open-arm pose communicates warmth, comfort, and emotional relief. The sage teal palette was chosen to feel calming and human less intense than weddings, less structured than corporate.
Life events are different from large productions.
They are deeply personal.
Often, the person planning them is carrying invisible emotional labour:
Remembering details.
Holding traditions together.
Managing family expectations.
Trying to create moments people will remember forever.
Planzevo Life was designed to remove the stress from these moments without removing the emotion.
Sena represents the feeling of finally being present in a moment instead of managing it.
Meet Zara — Ticketing Suite
Zara represents the Ticketing Suite.
Her name means radiance the energy of something exciting about to happen.
Zara is the most dynamic avatar in the system. Her forward movement, glowing ticket, and energetic posture represent momentum, growth, and excitement.
The electric amber palette communicates activity and attention. Gold glow accents symbolize live experiences, sold-out moments, and audience energy.
Planzevo Ticketing was designed for organisers who move fast.
Student organisers.
Concert hosts.
Community events.
Creators.
Festivals.
Experiences.
The people who turn ideas into crowds.
Zara represents that ambition.
The feeling of refreshing a dashboard and seeing tickets sell in real time.
The feeling of turning an idea into a full room.
The feeling of building momentum from nothing.
Meet Kamal — Vendors Platform
Kamal represents the Vendors Platform.
His name means lotus something that grows beautifully through persistence and dedication.
Kamal’s neutral tones intentionally blend small traces of all the other product colors together. This reflects the reality that vendors support every part of the Planzevo ecosystem.
Wedding vendors.
Corporate vendors.
Family event vendors.
Ticketing partners.
He carries a clipboard because vendors are builders.
They manage services, schedules, pricing, packages, and communication constantly.
But many talented vendors are still underserved digitally.
Some rely only on WhatsApp.
Some manage bookings manually.
Some struggle with visibility despite years of incredible work.
Planzevo Vendors was created to give vendors something bigger than listings.
A professional identity.
A discoverable presence.
A smarter matching system.
A platform that works while they sleep.
Kamal represents craftsmanship finally meeting infrastructure.
How the Avatars Will Evolve With Planzevo
The current avatars are only the beginning. As Planzevo evolves, the avatars will evolve with it. Future plans include: • Animated onboarding sequences • Interactive AI assistants • Product walkthrough narrators • Celebration animations after bookings or ticket sales • Seasonal outfits and event themes • Motion graphics for marketing campaigns • Story-driven social content • Personalized user guidance throughout the platform Eventually, users may begin associating emotions with products through these characters. That is the real power of a mascot system. Not recognition. Connection.
More Than Mascots
At their core, the Planzevo avatars represent something bigger than branding. They represent the people behind events. The couples. The organisers. The families. The students. The vendors. The invisible work behind unforgettable moments. Technology often becomes cold when it scales. We wanted Planzevo to scale while still feeling human. That is why these characters exist. To remind us that every booking, every checklist, every payment, every ticket, and every event ultimately leads back to people trying to create meaningful experiences together.
